Several years ago the merger of two very successful Florida corporations, California Designs, Inc. and California Hardwood Shutters, resulted in one of the most versatile companies in Southeast Florida - specializing in the finest wool and nylon carpet lines, superior quality hardwood shutters and flooring, and elegant custom drapery and bedding.

Co-owner Ernie Rushing, President of California Designs, Inc., has been active in all aspects of the business since 1976.
Primary areas of expertise: Wool Carpets, Sales & Installation of Fine Hardwood Floors, Upscale Window Treatments.

Co-owner Bob Ross, has invested 25 years with California Design, Inc - 11 years in installations and 14 years in sales.
Primary areas of expertise: Design Engineer and Mechanic specializing in custom wood shutters, overseeing in-house installation division of every project from design to complete installation.

With a BA in Art & Design, Mari Ann Hannon is very familiar with the interior design industry having been reared in a family of architects and designers.
Primary areas of expertise: Nine years as the Showroom's Design Consultant specializing in custom drapery, bedding, upholstery and custom area rugs.
Reknown: Formerly on the staff of "Florida Designers' Quarterly" in Miami and Model Merchandising Expert of new homes in Boca Raton.

Having spent 15 years as a Customer Service/Sales Representative, Randy Steeves received the prestigious Award for Professionalism demonstrating an ambitious proven track record.
